Prior to calibrate, Rachel worked as an executive assistant/sales and marketing coordinator for iCardia, and then for Summit Performance, a strategy consulting firm.  She has been in the communications industry for over 20 years doing marketing and advertising. Rachel is obtaining a graduate degree (Certificate in Technology and Communications) at the University of North Carolina School of Journalism. In her current role, Rachel is responsible for handling invoices, conducting customer surveys, and working in QuickBooks. 

Rachel was born and raised in Greenville, North Carolina and has lived in the state her whole life. She's a huge UNC sports fan and lives in Chapel Hill with her husband and two children.  She enjoys hanging out with family and friends, cooking and eating good food.
