About Mail-in Service

Easy, Accurate, and On-time

Calibrate, Inc. has three mail-in laboratories, located in Concord, CA, Ann Arbor, MI, and Carrboro, NC. Environmentally controlled and equipped to handle large volumes of pipettes, our labs are typically able to service your instruments on the same day that they are received. All six levels of service, including ISO 17025 accredited services, are available through our mail-in laboratories.

Prices are available by request (they can differ depending on the quantity and type of pipettes you have), and return shipping costs $20 for three day FedEx ground service and $40 for standard overnight. Special return shipping arrangements may be made upon request.
