Calibrate, Inc. Decontamination Policy

Calibrate Inc. and its employees are not licensed nor authorized to receive or work with radioactive materials, hazardous chemicals, or biological agents. As such, Calibrate Inc. requires that all pipettes and other volumetric apparatus presented to our employees for calibration and preventive maintenance must be decontaminated thoroughly prior to our handling of the instruments.

The Calibrate Inc. Statement of Decontamination must be completed by an authorized customer representative prior to our handling of customer instruments. A Statement of Decontamination is supplied to the "ON-SITE" customer at the time of scheduled service and to Mail-in customers at the time of requested service. Pipettes that are mailed to our Calibration Laboratory must be accompanied by a completed and signed Statement of Decontamination.
