1. Bottle Top Dispenser Identification:
All Bottle Top Dispensers serviced are identified by serial number, manufacturer, and size. The next date for recommended service will be based on a semi-annual maintenance schedule unless otherwise specified by the client.

3. Quality Assurance Certificate:
Level 2 Service provides a Quality Assurance Certificate for each group of Bottle Top Dispensers provided by the end user. The Quality Assurance Certificate identifies each Bottle Top Dispenser by serial number and specifies the tolerances used in the calibration procedure. Calibrate, Inc. has developed a variety of Quality Assurance Certificates to meet the varied needs of our customers.
4. Measurement and Test Equipment Verification and Traceability:
All Measurement and Test Equipment is calibrated by accredited third party vendors of calibration, and copies of NIST (SI) traceable calibration certificates are available upon request.
