Shipping Options

As a warranty service customer, you have 2 options.

1. You can make arrangements to have us e-mail a shipping label to you. Please select this option under Shipping Methods on the Warranty Service Request Form. A shipping label will be e-mailed to you shortly.

2. You may choose to ship the pipettes to one of our three Calibration Laboratories at your own expense.

Before you send us any pipettes be sure you have read and agree to our Decontamination Policy.

You will be directed to the appropriate lab based on your specific location.

If you do not receive an email confirmation that your pipettes have been received, please call our Communications Center at 1-800-253-7064 as we may be experiencing technical difficulties, and want to be sure that your warranty service needs are addressed.
