Our technical research, development, and support program guarantees that our customers get the best possible service backed by only the best technology. Accordingly:
- All Calibrate, Inc. proprietary software improvements and revisions undergo extensive validation.
- All validation studies are available to customers upon request.
- Calibrate, Inc. may customize its software to meet our customer's internal requirements.
- All Calibration Certificates and Test Methods provided under Level 5 and 6 Service meet the requirements of ISO 17025.
- Measurement Uncertainty Data is collected by all Calibration Service Department representatives on a routine basis through intra-laboratory proficiency testing. This data is used to calculate our measurement uncertainty budget published on our scope of accreditation.
- Uncertainty of Measurement is provided on all Calibration Certificates generated under Level 5 and 6 Services.
- Calibrate, Inc. provides 'round the clock support to its Calibration Service personnel in the field.
