COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING PROGRAM
All of The Pipet People™ receive comprehensive training in order to ensure that our customers receive only the highest quality service. As part of our training program and commitment to excellence:
- All Calibrate, Inc. employees receive ongoing training in Quality Assurance Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.
- All members of the Calibrate, Inc. Calibration Service Department participate in a comprehensive three month training program and must demonstrate expertise in pipette calibration and the Calibrate, Inc. Quality Assurance System before they may be granted Approved Signatory status. Only after receiving Approved Signatory status may our employees begin to work independently.
- Training records are always available to customers upon request.
