DISASTER RECOVERY PROGRAM
Let's face it, no matter how well-prepared we are, disasters can and do happen. In order to ensure that there is never a lapse in customer service, Calibrate, Inc. has a top-of-the-line Disaster Recovery Program.
As part of our Disaster Recovery Program:
- Calibrate, Inc. maintains at least four sets of SI through NIST Traceable Measurement and Test Equipment, including balances, weights, hygrometers, and computers. This equipment is available for immediate shipment in the event of equipment failure in the field.
- All equipment failures are thoroughly investigated to determine what impact, if any, the failure had on customer data.
Calibrate, Inc.'s internal departments work together to ensure that your data is recovered and delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Customer service is our number one priority, and we want to be sure that your needs are met even in the face of a disaster, no matter how small or large.
