Calibrate, Inc. has its corporate headquarters in Carrboro, NC and sixteen satellite on-site offices nationwide and in Eastern Canada. While we specialize in providing on-site service, we also have three mail-in laboratories. Our mail-in labs are located in Concord, California, Ann Arbor, Michigan, and Carrboro, North Carolina.

ON-SITE SERVICE
On-site service is available for most of the US and Eastern Canada;
contact us if you'd like to know if on-site service is available in your area. It most likely is!

PICK-UP AND DELIVERY
Instrument pick-up and delivery is usually available for areas immediately surrounding our mail-in laboratories. If you're interested in requesting pick-up services, please contact us.

MAIL-IN SERVICE
We accept mail-in service requests from every state in the United States and can usually take mail-in requests from Canada, too. Please contact us if you have questions about mail-in service availability.
