At Calibrate, Inc. we make every effort to make your warranty claim as easy as possible. Sometimes we are not able to provide warranty service "ON-SITE." If you require immediate service for your warranty claim, please send your pipettes to our Calibration Laboratory.

Please complete the following form to request warranty service. Use the Comments/Special Instructions box to indicate the nature of any problems you may be experiencing with your pipette(s).

All Mail-in warranty service requests must be accompanied by a signed and completed Statement of Decontamination, available for download to your right. Submitting this form indicates that you have read our Decontamination Policy.
